Philately Club Inauguration

Philately Club Inauguration as a part of Deen Dhyal Sparsh Today 13th of July 2022, a dream of postal executives along with a philatelist Shri Jacob Mathai had been to Stella Maris School today to inaugurate a philatelic club comprising of students having good academic record and pursing philately as a hobby for the year 2022- 2023. Shri Jacob Mathai, a philatelist engaged the students with an enriching class followed by a quiz competition based on the class taken students actively participated and it really widened the knowledge of our students regarding stamp collection and their maintenance which was once upon a time the most privileged hobby among youngsters and got sedimented today with time and technological advancement. 10 winners of the quiz competition were appreciated with exciting prizes and cash awards. A club was also formed comprising of more than 60 members from the student community and all further activities would be initiated through these club members. On the whole, it was the most wonderful experience in the life of every Stella Marian to be a part of this golden venture.
